KNŪK Terms and Conditions of Use

• 2.1 You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application.
• 2.2 By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

• 3.1 Registration is optional but required for access to certain features.
• 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• 3.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

• 4.1 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• 4.2 You agree not to:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
  • Circumvent any security or access controls
• 4.3 You agree to:
  • Respect other users and their privacy
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes

• 5.1 The Application offers both free and premium features.
• 5.2 Premium features require payment through Google Play's billing system.
• 5.3 All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

• 6.1 You retain ownership of any content you submit ("User Content"), including pet profiles and pictures.
• 6.2 By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Application. We do not use for advertising, sell or share user content with third parties beyond service providers.

• 7.1 All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us.
• 7.2 Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license described herein.

• 8.1 The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• 8.2 KNŪK is an informational tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health-related concerns regarding your pet.
• 8.3 We do not warrant that:
  • The Application will meet your specific requirements
  • The Application will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Pet care suggestions are appropriate for your specific situation (consult a veterinarian for professional advice)

• 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
• 9.2 Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application, if any.

• 10.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
• 10.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

• 11.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• 11.2 We will notify users of material changes through:
  • In-app notifications
  • Updated posting on our website

• 12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.
• 12.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.

• 13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Application.
• 13.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
